1. Scope of Application

These terms apply to all offerings made available by Rebatlio on or through its platform.

2. Services

Services include consultation, filing assistance, and support related to VAT reimbursement processes. Clients may request to reschedule up to 48 hours prior to a scheduled session. Cancellations communicated within this window are eligible for a full reimbursement of the service fee. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or requests following service completion, no reimbursement is available due to provider commitments and administrative preparations.

3. Info Products

Info products consist of digital guides, reports, and templates. Purchases grant immediate access through a secure portal. If a download has not been initiated, purchasers may request a full reimbursement within 14 days of payment. Once access begins, no reimbursement is possible, reflecting the instant nature of digital delivery.

4. Goods

Goods comprise physical materials such as printed manuals or kits. Customers have 30 days from shipment to request a reimbursement, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for reimbursement shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Customized orders are not eligible for reimbursement due to production costs and bespoke design efforts.

5. Reimbursement Procedures

To request a reimbursement, contact Rebatlio via our contact form or by phone at +14169623318. Please include your order number, date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the reason. Approved reimbursements are processed within 5 business days and credited to the original payment method used at purchase.

Clients may choose to receive a service credit in lieu of a monetary reimbursement, valid for use toward future services within six months of issuance.

Certain expedited or express service packages involve third-party scheduling fees and are explicitly non-reimbursable. This policy ensures third-party providers are fairly compensated for reserved time slots and specialized resources.

6. Modifications to Terms

Rebatlio reserves the right to modify these terms. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of our offerings after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
